Partner onboarding

Like this. The commercial part is behind us. The partner agreement and the processing agreement have been signed. We can finally get started with the onboarding.

We think it is important that you, as our partner, can quickly and easily connect your own customers to our platform. Because once you start training, you don't feel like waiting long. You want to get started right away! Maybe you want to keep control yourself and maybe you prefer to hand over everything. Both are good. Below you can read about the support and the admin and technical onboarding of the security awareness platform and the BePhished.

Security awareness platform onboarding

1. Technische onboarding
During the technical onboarding you will set up the security awareness platform. Which training courses should be included and in which languages? You can adapt both the portal and the training courses in the library to house style, logos and colours.

2. Admin onboarding
In the admin training you learn all the ins & outs of the platform. We give you a 2 hour live onboarding where you can ask all the questions you have. We record the live training and make it available to you.

3. First new client
Infosequre creates a customer environment that you can fill yourself with programs for target groups and languages. On request, we make the content in the style of the end customer.

4. Support
We provide initial support based on fair use when delivering and setting up the platform for new customers.

BePhished onboarding

1. Technische onboarding
During the technical onboarding, you choose the domain names that will be used for phishing. Through a live training you will learn how the back-end of the phishing platform and the administrator interface work. We record the training and send it to you later so that you can watch it again whenever you want.

2. Admin onboarding
In a live training you will learn how the back-end of the phishing platform and the administrator interface work together. We record the training and send it to you later so that you can watch it again whenever you want.

3. First new client
Use our standard phishing templates and landing pages. And create a new phishing yourself via HTML. On request we make custom templates and landing pages.

4. Support
We provide initial support for creating and setting up the phishing templates. We can also take care of the entire process from saas to managed service. We can also take care of all administration and connect all customers to the system. You remain the ultimate owner of the customer.
